A rare, traditional variety of 100% buckwheat soba.
Enjoy at home the beloved flavors of Soba Café Yumoto, a popular soba café in the Sanbe area known for its free-flowing hot springs.

Made with scarce Sanbe native buckwheat flour, this authentic 100% buckwheat soba is richly aromatic and full of deep flavor.
Both the soba noodles and the soup are made without any animal-derived ingredients and contain no wheat flour.
This product is entirely vegan and gluten-free, making it suitable for vegans and for those who avoid gluten.
It is also a popular souvenir item at the café.
