Made with scarce Sanbe native buckwheat flour, this authentic 100% buckwheat soba is richly aromatic and full of deep flavor.
Free from animal-derived ingredients and wheat flour, this product is vegan and gluten-free.

It is also a popular souvenir item at the café.

This is a dried soba type that is well suited for long-term storage, while still retaining the distinctive aroma of buckwheat.
